What is acadmi?
acadmi is a multi-institute, AI-powered learning and analytics platform for coaching institutes, teachers, and students.
It turns everyday teaching and testing into advanced actionable insights so multi-branch coaching brands can see all their batches, branches, fees, and results in one place.
Think of acadmi as the digital operating system for serious coaching institutes — built in India, for the Indian coaching ecosystem.
Founder's Marketing & Sales Apprentice
This is not a typical "internship" where you only post on social media.
You will work directly with the solo founder to design and execute real campaigns that reach coaching institute owners and teachers, and you'll see exactly how decisions are made in an early-stage SaaS startup.
You'll help:
Run founder-led LinkedIn campaigns aimed at multi-branch coaching owners.
Execute outreach for free performance audits and city roundtables.
Support demos, pilots, and follow-ups with institutes using acadmi.
What You'll Actually Work On
As a Marketing & Sales Apprentice, you will:
Help plan and schedule LinkedIn content that tells acadmi's story and attracts coaching owners and teacher champions.
Research coaching institutes in selected cities, build prospect lists, and prepare personalised outreach (email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn).
Join live sales/demo calls to take notes, capture objections, and help update the CRM.
Track campaign performance in a simple Growth OS (Google Sheet + Trello + acadmi CRM).
You'll be part of the whole loop: idea → campaign → outreach → calls → pilots → signed institutes.
What You'll Learn Here (That You Won't Learn in a Typical Internship)
By the end of your apprenticeship, you will have:
Seen how a real B2B2C SaaS GTM is built from scratch for the Indian education market.
Learned how to design and run campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads (not just likes).
Practiced cold outreach, warm follow-ups, and demo support with real decision-makers (institute owners).
Understood how to structure a simple CRM and pipeline, and how founders think about CAC, pilots, and closures.
Worked closely with a solo founder and seen the trade-offs behind every product/marketing/sales decision.
This is ideal if you want to become:

A B2B SaaS marketer or SDR/AE.

Who Should Apply
This apprenticeship is a fit if you:
Are a student or fresher who wants high-impact experience instead of just a big brand name.
Enjoy writing and talking to people (in English + Hindi, other local languages are a plus).
Are comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and basic docs.
Are curious about edtech, SaaS, and the coaching ecosystem in India.
Can commit 15–20 hours/week for at least 3 months.
You don't need prior "marketing intern" experience. Side projects, college club experience, or any initiative you've taken on your own are valued more.
