The GPAT 2026 exam will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 125 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Each question will have four options, and candidates must choose the correct one. For every correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded, and for every incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted. Unattempted questions will receive no marks.

The IBPS Clerk exam is a two-tier process: Preliminary Examination and Main Examination. Candidates must qualify in both stages. The Prelims exam is qualifying in nature, and marks obtained in the Mains exam are considered for final merit listing. Both exams have objective-type questions with negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

The NABARD Grade A exam comprises three stages: Preliminary Exam (Objective), Main Exam (Objective + Descriptive), and Interview. The Prelims is qualifying in nature, while marks from Mains and Interview determine the final merit list.

The RRB NTPC exam is a multi-stage process. Stage 1 (CBT-1) is a screening test. Stage 2 (CBT-2) is the main examination. For certain posts, a Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) or Typing Skill Test (TST) is conducted. This is followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination. Both CBT-1 and CBT-2 consist of objective multiple-choice questions.

The UGC NET exam consists of two papers: Paper I and Paper II. Both papers are conducted in a single three-hour duration without any break. The exam is a Computer Based Test (CBT) with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

The AILET BA LLB (Hons.) exam is a single paper consisting of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from three sections: English Language, Current Affairs & General Knowledge, and Logical Reasoning. Each question carries 1 mark, and there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.

CLAT 2026 will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) consisting of 120 multiple-choice questions. The exam duration will be 120 minutes (2 hours). Each correct answer fetches 1 mark, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer (negative marking). The paper is divided into five sections: English Language, Current Affairs including General Knowledge, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques. All questions will be passage-based.

CMAT 2026 will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) across five sections. Each correct answer fetches 4 marks, and there is a negative marking of 1 mark for every incorrect answer. The total duration of the exam is 3 hours.

The CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. It consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) across three main sections: Section IA (Languages), Section IB (Optional Languages), Section II (Domain-Specific Subjects), and Section III (General Test). Candidates can choose up to 10 subjects in total from all three sections. Each correct answer typically fetches 5 marks, and there is a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer. The duration for each subject slot varies, generally 45-60 minutes depending on the subject.

The NIFT Entrance Exam for B.Des and B.FTech comprises a General Ability Test (GAT) and a Creative Ability Test (CAT) for B.Des, followed by a Situation Test for B.Des candidates. For B.FTech, only GAT is conducted. Master's programs (M.Des, M.FTech, MFM) involve GAT, CAT (for M.Des), and a Group Discussion/Personal Interview (GD/PI). GAT is a pen-and-paper test assessing quantitative ability, communication ability, English comprehension, analytical ability, and general knowledge. CAT evaluates intuition, observation skills, design ability, and innovation. The Situation Test is a hands-on practical exam to assess material handling and innovative ability.
